I agree with Sen Gaines argument and wish more of the people would listen to the facts.

No question that the defense of the dredging ban on environmental grounds is flawed and not backed by the scientific evidence.

Just my 2 cents worth!:mad:

I really wanted to take a trip out to N. Cal and try my luck but with all of this, I'll spend my money in other states that welcome me.
