With Cu in the $3.75-$4 range per pound for refined Cu and assuming Cu nugget content in the 65%+ range, it would seem that a local market would be necessary to make a profit. Anything smaller than large tonnage lots would kill any profits when shipping is considered. eric

There are nuggets and then there are ...NUGGETS dont get all excited .... its a copper nugget from upper Michigan .my daughter and her boss went to retrieve several thousand pounds of these beauties from the area some were over 1000 pounds
