DEMURRER DENIED OREGON vs WATERS I appeared in court this morning(10-31-12) and waited for over an hour for 2 others cases to be taken care of. My Lawyer let his assistant go as my Lawyer thought he had it in the bag. When the judge started to question him about the laws being used for the case and if they had been shepherded my Lawyer started to studder and didn't know(the assistant knew). The judge then rendered his decision that the demurrer was denied. Now I have a court date of March 14th and 15th 2013. I'll keep you all posted as any updates come into being. cowboy444

It's listed under 541 us 105 and 106 which basicly states that there is no pollution without something from the outside of the river system being introduced into the river system." Believe it or not... The prosecution reads this forum. Personally, I wouldn't broadcast my next tactic. :confused:
