Not true, none of the areas on that forum require registration.

JP,

I understand, from a number of Canadian miners, that a US citizen can not own a Canadian claim in just their own name.

A Canadian citizen, or a Canadian based company, must "Partner - Up" with the US Citizen for the US citizen to "own" a claim.

To work on someone elses claim, you only need a "Free Miners'" license and permission from the claim owner. If I remember correctly, The "Free" license is about $25 CD, and that it isn't difficult to get.

Am I right, Jen?

A US citizen can get a free miners certificate if they register it under a company name but I know a lot of BC folks are members here as well, that was my intent with the post.

Sorry... I saw where it said: "Welcome guest. Please login or register". Bad assumption..

Thanks Geo but the ones I'm selling are in areas that I don't plan to work this year so I might as well let someone else enjoy them.
