Re: notice miners of locateable minerals

Heard about this on Hal's Sunday broadcast. I've got an email in to SWOMA's webmaster, asking for more details, but so far no response. If I could get a little more solid info on this shindig, I'd like to attend. 2000 miles is a bit far to drive.

If you have ANY information you could send me, I'd appreciate it.

I've actually been waiting two years for someone to get something like this started. Hugely interested, I am.

Kaveman,

I don't think it is too hard to form a miming district...the only setback, I think, is that you still have to conform to regulations?

I'll send you a PM with an email address to a person who has been interested in forming one in Siskiyou county(California for those that do not know) He has researched it and has talked to Hal.

Spoke to the president of SWOMA earlier today, tells me the phone calls to him on this subject are non-stop. Interest in forming this Mining District are coming from all across the country...even out side the country.

AND, Even craigslist is being used to advertise it: http://medford.craigslist.org/vnn/2540076046.html
