Wow.
Let's play that in every school! Timeless. My favorite president. I considered it to be an honor to cast my vote for him in the 1st election I was old enough to vote in.

Re: Regan speach in 64

What amazes me about the speech is the fact that I could have gone to sleep 20 minutes after listening to it, woken up today, and not realized I had missed a single moment of the last 35 years. How many of the same debates were, just in the first 6 minutes of this speech, the exact things that are being bantered about today? There has been little or no progress on any of the issues brought up. Doesnít that seem somehow twilight zone wrong? I canít be the only person who thinks this?

The question that this brings me to is; Who is the game being played for, and why is there a need for the game? Someone must be benefiting from Social Security being broke in 1964, and still being broke today, or it would have been fixed or eliminated by now. The same can be said of most if not all of the other issues brought out in the speech as well.

Something is very wrong here, and I donít believe that the resolutions to the issues, if there ever are any resolutions, are going to be the ones we were looking for.

Great speech

My thought on "healing some of the issues".

I blame our higher education ( Oh shame on Me) for just about All of our financial problems.

The new ideas on the banking industries, came from Harvard, Yale, Penn etc.

Ben Franklin states " never trust a man that can only spell a word in only one way".

Hey, if you are a good speller, good for you, very good indeed. But, can you think?
