"pan american duplex gold jig"???

Saw this and though I'd post it. I googled it and it appears the "pan american" part is referring to an existing design. If it's been sitting in the Fairbanks woods I imagine it's pretty rusted out by now. Sure wish it wasn't covered with snow so we could get a good look at it.
