Strawberry Daiquiri Interact Reply Quote Report To Mod Last Posts Ignore User Global Ignore Whisper I havnt actualy tried this yet but it looks yummy Ingredients 2 cups strawberries hulled 1 tsp caster sugar 1/2 cup bacardi rum or vodka if you prefer 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice 8 scoops of strawberry ice cream (preferrably home made) 2/3 cups chilled lemonaide extra strawberries and lime slices to decorate Blend the strawberries with the sugar in a food processor or blender then press the puree through a sieve into a bowl. Retutn the strawberry puree to the blender with the rum/vodka, lime juice and half of the strawberry ice cream, blend until smooth. Scoop the remaining ice cream into 4 cocktail glasses or small tumblers and pour over the blended mixture. Top up with lemonaide, decorate with fresh strawberries and lime slices... enjoy
