How good is everyone's ISP?
We've got primus which when you're set to go is fine, but setting up and having problems where you have to get customer support can be a real nightmare.
The best thing they did to us of late, when we changed our plan, they changed our login address or whatever it is to something else, thereby cutting us off from the internet completely - but how did they decide to advise us of the change?
