many thanks to Mitch for telling me this. I gave myself multiple hernias trying the screw (or snap) bolts out with a long bar. Because you're hanging and can't brace yourself it's desperate. he told me to hit it with a cold chisel around the shaft against the rock and thenm it snaps very easily with a twist. I used a 20cm shifter.
