The suspense!

What happened after I left. I am in shock that nothing has been posted yet... The suspense is killing me :smile:

. Either way, I had a blast. I don't think it was quite fair to my Imperial Guard friend to be holding a bunker with1500 points when 3000 pts Worldeater force came crashing through. But more points were placed else where I guess.

Again, sorry for being late. Thank to Dave for the hosting. Thanks to Al and Will for the AWSOME Set up. It worked out so well. There could have been double the points and the battle would have been still very manageble with the cross board / mixed objective get up.

Hats off to everyone, the goal was to come out and have a blast, and when I left, thoses goal were met. Of course, I don't know how it ended so that might have changed by turn 6, but somehow I doubt that. You're all great guys to play agaist.

If your wondering about table 2 the Tau kiked nid ass from one of the board to the other...............my bad it was the other way around. I'll be prepared next time........

Hey there Dave!

We won! Rather convincingly I'd say,...It was enjoyable to a point, crushing our enemies is always good, but if goes very badly, it makes for a rather predictable win. With that said, the table/terrain/mini's all looked awesome(thanks to all who gave, sp. Bill, thanks for the big box of terrain, it's quite tainted, excellent!).

As for the poor unfortunate guard player(Jeff), he had a rough go of it, but remember,you did not have 3000 points against him, I took almost 2000 points directly into the middle (what you left me in his DZ was enough!), and to good effect, grey knights were dropping everywhere! As for your reserves, only the dread and 1 squad do anything, the rest (possessed, both squads, and 2 more berzerker squads did nothing...no one around to kill!)

Thanks to all, and great job Al on the scenario...and what were those teleport pads for again? :nut:
