Or at least, I think it's stupid...
My brother and I eventually want to get started with FoW, and there are chances we get our cousin in as well. Now, my question revolves around army selection and the different periods. I know if we want to play historically, we all just have to select units that would have fought against each other, from the same period, etc. etc. But... at least in the beginning, all my brother an I really care about is pushing companies of troops around ![]() Cheers! |

Well, after browsing the internet a while, I answered my own questions
![]() Ahistorical gaming is Ok with most people. Also, MW-LW games, while they seem possible... would highly disadvantage any MW army, simply because tanks become cheaper in late war armies, and (effective) Anti tank is scarce in mid war. Mind you, maybe infantry vs infantry games would be quite fun? They don't change much from period to period, so one company, with a couple of modifications can easily be usd for both periods... |
