That and I have never seen an Ogre to whatever conversion look like nothing more the a weapon swap and paint job.

But unless you are a professional sculptor or exceptionally gifted, chances are your work isn't even going to look half as good as their worst. I too convert a lot of things, but starting from scratch doing things is challenging to say the least...
