I hereby revoke your membership in the Seer Council. When we have meetings, you will be allowed to attend, but kept in a cage and sprayed with a hose if you say anything.

They knew you were going to say that. As a result 273 years and 4 days ago a small force of Guardians attacked the Mechanicum Vassal world of Zi Archipela for 12.7 minutes at 0742 local time, causing Adept Silas Perial to miss his mag-train and be late for work, delaying his promotion and transfer to the Forgeworld of Cypra Mundi by 3.8 days. This caused Leman Russ 144XLVVM22 (Later to be named by it's crew the "Blaster Babe") to not benefit from the Adept's quality control expertise. As a result a nut on the third wheel of the left trackwell was only tighten by 4 turns of the scared Chimp Wrench, rather than the prescribed 5 turns. 106.312 years later they had to react quickly when the unexpected awakening of a tomb world in Segmentum Pacificus nearly threw their plans awry, however the Exterminatus of the planet Gorolo (est. casualties: 17.6billion Mon'keig) ensured that the wrench produced there was unable to be delivered to the Enginseer responsible for 144XLVVM22 when his broke, and as such he was unable to apply the 5th turn to the nut when he located the flaw. Then, when the 144XLVVM22 was immobilized on the planet of Aescherian against the Orks and given to the Meks, they saw fit to use it as one of the primary motive systems of you Stompa, at which point the nut (loosened by 3 turns during the intervening timeframe) failed, causing the stompa to grind to a halt 17.9m from the seer council, and then topple backwards, killing 72 greenskins, and one guardian, leaving the entire plan as a dismal failure. |
