Can I convert my existing ezboard to Best Boards?

Yes.

If you would like your ezboard converted, please email support@bbboy.net with the following information:

  • Your ezboard's URL
  • Your BbBoard's URL
  • A date on which would be best to transfer. Please note that we prefer to transfer in the early morning, as that's when the servers are at the lowest load. We cannot perform this service on a Sunday.
When the conversion is due to take place, you must:
  • Remove MBA from your ezboard, if it's enabled.
  • Open up any private forums (on your ezboard) that you wish to be transferred.
  • Make sure that all forums are in the "ezboard Classic" skin/theme.


This procedure will not delete threads from your ezboard. Please note that we can only retrieve the first page of any ezboard thread (the first 20 posts), so longer threads may be cut off. Polls will be transferred as regular threads.

There is a $10 one-time charge for this service. This will be deducted from your board's credit at the time of the transfer.
