Nope. And the reason you aren't getting fat is because ALL the fad diet's theories are bull, whether your skinny as a rail or a massive blob is up to your metabolism, not how much of a certain nutrient you attain. This is nutrition 101. So, low carb is bull, low salt is bull, low fat is bull, low cal is bull.
