16 large shrimp or prawns, deveiened 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter 3 tablespoons olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat leaf parsley 1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a wok or deep dish skillet heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. As the foam of the butter subsides stir in the garlic. Stir fry til the garlic starts to hint at turning brown. Increase the heat to medium high and add the shrimp and salt. Stir fry the shrinp til they start to turn pink or about 2 minutes. Stir in the parsley and lemon juice and stir fry another minute or so.
