I do believe MJ did something wrong, but I am not quite sure I believe the hype. I do know this though that he better now why he has a chance to get it together.

I think that the defense did an excellent job and im shocked that he didnt go under for at least one misdemeanor. I mean alcohol was found with the children's fingerprints but I guess the jury wasnt goin for it. All I kno is that Mike better change his ways cause gettin off twice is cool but when it happens a third time that's when it looks suspicious. The one thing that is sad tho is all the children who used to come there to play and have fun u kno the foster and dying children since this they might not be back allowed there. To my neverland looks like a fun place and i might go there.

Yeah Lady - lets go on Spring Break. I've never had Jesus Juice.

Anyway, at first I thought he did it. Then after awhile, I didn't buy it. I teared when he got off on all 10 charges. I was actually happy for the man.

Question - I thought under Double Jeopardy Law - you can't be tried for the same crime twice. It's been awhile since Poli Sci, can someone enlighten me?

Don't be surprised if there are more kids at Neverland than at GD Great Adventure now!

I felt from the beginning that MJ would be found innocent. My queston is, will there be a civil trial? I don't think he did anything inappropriate to the child accused however I believe he has molested other children.
No man should be allowed to share a bed with a child that he's not even related to. Put some blame on the parents.

Double Jeopardy Law states that you cant be tried for the same crime and you just stood for. Meanin if the jury found you not guilty the prosecuter cant retrial you just because he thinks the jury made a mistake. Now (knocking on wood) if Mike gets accused again he can be tried againg because its a different accuser. Yea ya'll see i didnt learn somethin in my Gov't me class. And yea Mi lets go to Neverland a roundtable trip to Neverland dang but im not under 18 anymore i dont think he's gonna want me there. Im dying for some of that Jesus juice u think its the same as Crunk Juice or Pimp Juice?

This doesn't prove that he supplied or condoned the alcohol. It could be said that the children got to the alochol behind his back.

A lot of people feelt aht way avery...
I personally think that it would be kind of fool-hardy of him to molest a child after already being accused of it once. I'm fully aware that if he has a sickness he can't help himself, but hell...he could buy a child for that matter. {Not saying that I would condone it, but you have to admit, it would make more sense. He would have better control.}

Mimi- Lady is correct. One cannot not be tried for the exact same crime twice. For example: If I mollywop you today, and you press charges and I'm acquitted, you can not press charges for what I did today- again. But, if I mollywop you again next year, you are able to press charges.

I totally agree with you here. I feel as though, if Mike had been convicted, the boy's mother should have been indicted as well. She should have had to face conspiracy charges, child endangerment charges, neglect charges as well as corruption charges.
