This is a spreadsheet I made to make it a little easier to calculate your various stop watch times.
Right click on download link, and save link as. add .xls at end of file name and save. It should open in spreadsheet. Good Luck. For the benefit of us first timers...are there flags set on the course at specified points, or on the mile mark? Thanks. |

There are no flags posted by the event staff. Some drivers and navigators set up flags along the way to help with timing. You can use your own flags, just be sure they do not conflict with the colors used by the course workers. Colors used by the event staff is in the SORC rule book. My first few years as a navigator, I used landmarks. Good luck and see you next week.
