extended cab truck

Hello guys, Im new to this forum, Im in the process of building a 80's g-body cutlass but in the mean time Ive been running a 94 s10 at autocross events and yet another year will go by and my cutlass wont be ready for this event so I was thinking I would enter my s10.
While I was reading the rules to see what I needed for a much slower class then what I plan on running with my car I noticed it said for trucks they have to be a standard cab only.Does that really mean my truck cant run because of it being a extended cab or does that mean a truck that is altered from factory form? Any help with this would be nice since registration is in about 3 weeks, or a good number to call someone and ask. Thanks.
