I like that. What's the story behind the scarf? i also like the shine you give to the eyes.

It's not a scarf, it's actually a thick collar with three ribbons of the same material attached to it. It was supposed to control Fuego (Incendial Fuego was a biological creation by the Japanese, which was meant to be used for combat, but it all went wrong) and now, after years of exposure to different atmospheres, can allow Fuego to harness minor gravitational powers around her. (hmm, reminds me of Space Godzilla in some ways XD)
I like the eyes best too, all thanks to the soften tool on PSP9 I guess =) And thanks!
