I can see it happening. A few times, Sponge and company have been above the surface, and they have been animatated (Squidward the unfriendly ghost, Sandys Rocket, etc.)

I hope it's not a mix of live action and animation, as most live action nick movies have atrocious acting. i hope it has a better sountrack than most nick movies(im thinking some sum 41 and blink 182)

 I'm sure it'll be the classic Pacific-island-instrument-filled music composed by Sage Guyton, Jeremy Wakefield, and the Blue Hawaiians (and maybe some goofy 80s stuff similar to Sweet Victory).

Not his choice. Nickelodeon and their contracts, they could rule the world. And remember The Wild Thornberries Movie? The show usually has african songs and stuff like that, but the movie, heh, I don't even want to get into it. Paul Simon was good I must admit though.

You know what would be really cool is if they put some heavy metal in the SBSP Movie. I know that would never happen but, imagine what it would sound like if Kai Hanson or Hansi Kurch sung the intro song.

It needs to have a healthy mix, but no rap, or aaron carter, or n-sync. It should hace that hawaian-surf music, 80's music, country for sandy, goofy cartoon music, metal, 60's rock like "a friend is a friend" , and unique stuff. It would be sweet, but I hope it isn'ta musical, like the rugrats movie. That series, when it started, to the end of its first run before it was cancelled, was very, very good. As good as the Simpsons. Then, when it started getting high ratings after it was cancelled, they made more, and it sucked, but they never had songs in it. in the movie, they broke into singing like the disney movies. I hope they don't do that. Sweet victory was different, because that episode was about band, and it wasn't like, disney , drop-of-the-hat, out-of-the-blue show tunes. They did that in "welcome to the chum bucket", but that was lampooning disney, you could tell, by plankton's comment at the end.

I agree with Iron Wag, some real heavy metal would be good. That would be funny to have Kai on there. But I think it works well with just sailor music and the Hawaiian stuff they have now. I really hope they don't screw it up with the horrible crap mentioned above or pop or rap. ARG!!

I'v got a mag called National Geographic Kids that said the movie is coming out in 2004. And this one kid at school said it's all the episode's put together.
 Yeah, right. I don't believe him.  But who knows it could be true. We'll just have to see. |

I don't want this to happen, but I know it will. Nickelodeon will call it Spongebob SquarePants: The Movie. Nick always has to do that!
That makes the title so unintresting!Let's see: There's been Hey Arnold:The Movie, The Wild Thornberries Movie, The Rugrats Movie and who knows what else. I would rather see a title like Patrick Star: Kidnapped! or something different. I know it will have to be Spongebob SquarePants: The Movie,though. |

I think they should scrap this whole "Patrick gets taken to the surface and makes it 99% animated, except for when they mix it briefly for a joke. It sounds like a dumb plot. Besides, the new Jimmy Neutron movie is called "Jimmy Neutron: The search for carl" It could get mixed up

I hope its not 90 Minutes of G rated cr*p. If nick gets rid of the randommness and comic violence that make up the TV show and make a movie with an underlying message(god forbid) i will NUKE
 them. (Just kidding). I just hope it doesnt have an underlying meeasge like the rugrats movie did. and I hope the characters on't break into song for no reason. It should have all of these charcters :sandy::plankton: :gary: :patrick: :squid: :krabs: :sponge: scooter, pearl, every misc. fish, and patchy should do a cameo as some misc. person when there on land. |
