Go to your Drozd Air Rifle Instruction Manual and turn to Page 15. Diagrams A and B will help identify these seals. Two identical small, black O-rings. These are extras of Part #52, CO2 cylinder seals. One larger black O-ring. This is Part #41 in the upper valve of the magazine. One small, clear O-ring. Part #38, valve ring in the magazine. These could come in very handy over time. For information, that little seal kit from EAA is a flat $16.00 plus shipping which might run as much as the $10.00 minimum handling charge they have. The three black O-rings are a flat $3.50 each and the clear one is $4.50 if you order them individually. O-rings at my local plumbing shop like that run a hefty 15 to 20 CENTS each so you do the math. I haven’t checked to see the difference if it is metric or not but I’m doubting there could be that much difference. They’re squishy. And finally, the Part #4, Barrel Gasket, that you may have to order in time runs $4.50 right now plus shipping from EAA. Hope this helps. |

Thanks for the information. This could be very useful. One question, do these extra O rings come only come with the complete gun and not separate magazines? Thanks, JR |

Years back, I ran my own paintball field and liberally used Rem-Oil and clear reel grease laced with Teflon. I never saw a failure from it. In fact, I pulled out my paintball tanks the other day that were packed away about 1993. The Teflon based stuff was all over them then and not a bit of deterioration was evident. I've used it on my firearms and other air rifles also. I doubt that was a problem, Radical. By the way, are there only four or five of us still visiting this site? If it wasn't for you, I'd swear I was a talkin' to myself. Ohhh wellll. |

Yeah, the board does seem slow these days. Ive noticed a lot of guests visiting more so than the vets. Could be finals week. But then me id be at the boards anyway stead crammin the books When i receive Majors system ill be going to the paintball shop(happens to be one of the big ones in kc) less than 1/4 mile down the road. I forsee myself jogging down the road with military fatigues on and black Drozd swinging side to side in my arms with the brigade of city police on my tail on my way for a refill |
