Please Help Me With My Drozd (Barrel)
I installed a new 18 inch rifled barrel on my Drozd and blew threw two 4000 steal shot bb packages with no problem. i read that lead bb's grip the rifling better so I tried one clip of lead shot and got my first jam ever. After un-jamming I went back to steal bb's and now the gun jams almost every shot, the gun will not shoot either lead or steal now without getting jammed. I tried to remove the barrel and herd a "crack" and noticed by looking thought the clip area (where the barrel screws in) that the female end is just turning indefinitely with the barrel not unscrewing. Is there any way for me to ever remove this barrel? Is there anything someone can think of for me to do in order to stop the jamming so I don't have to remove the barrel? I am guessing that the rifling has been damaged, I don't really care, I just want my Drozd to shoot again, it is so much fun. I attached a picture of my gun; any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

The mag was out when I tried to remove barrel and herd crack, I thought I remembered taking it out when i unscrewed the factory barrel, it should be in when removing?. Did I really screw things up?

You might have, i thought you where ALWAYS supposed to leave the mag in when the barrel was removed, as the barrel holds some part of the gun's breach together. If you take off the barrel, the only thing stopping one of the breach parts from falling out is the mag. Take BOTH the mag and the barrel off, and i think it falls apart.

You said that when you try to unscrew the barrel, the female end (breach section i think?) just spins. This might be because you need the mag to hold it in place and let you actually un-screw the barrel.

there is alittle metel thing that goes inside infront of the top of the clip that the barrel theads into. did that fall out ?
