GD, its based on the FAL design. This one is a Spanish decomissioned one that has be rereceivered by Blackthorne
Inc. once Hesse but now way better put together. It still has the Spanish wood designed for it. THe design is virtually identical to a CETME but not put together by the same monkeys..Range report when I get the chance.

ETA: Countries all over the world used this design, basically an HK 93 design. Copied extensively such as the FAL, PTR 91, and many others. The one pictured is of Spanish design. It has a unique gas system based on back pressure exerted on the casing and the bolt operates on rollers and has a hexegonal gas port fluting! Nicely made, lots of detail. All plastic on the exterior, if I drop it something will break. I'm happy with it.

Yes, It's kinda loud, really thumps. The 6 shot is very quick. Pretty good $80 gun.

She BIG, She bulky, She Bad, and best of all very very quiet. All I here is the firing pin spring and the target slap. Had this scope already but I can tell I'll need a larger one. Did a quick sighting in and doing quarter size @ 20 yards without a bench rest. It'll get a lot better than that.

Wizzer I like the two rails and the MAC style switch. Is it just single and six shot?

Got it today. I've shot it just a few times, no air leaks, power feels good. I'd guess it's not real accurate but thats not why I got it.

Thanks Radical, this gun is a monster for a pellet gun, as loud as a 22 rimfire. I have to admit this is a very high quality and accurate rifle and is really a blast to shoot. I also found the TalonTune web site. Here's a chrony pic with a 14.3 grain pellet.
