when you paint the drozd do you have to disassemble it

I was kind of hoping that there would be a store out there that is selling these kind of accessories muzzles, extended barrels, and Faux suppressors out there that I could just buy out of a catalog but making it would be surpassingly self satisfying thanks again | ||||

I used a barrel of a junked crosman V350 BB rifle, any
soild barrel of old bb/pellet guns should work. I had to turn about 1" down in a lathe to get it inside the sleeve. old crosmans,hawns & even cheap chineese pellet rifles have solid barrels. If you need one turned down I can do it but theres probably someone that has a lathe near you. | ||||

To make the drozd look more serious I picked up a can of
the new krylon spray paint that bonds to plastic. Its at the auto parts stores and only comes in a few colors, but the black seems to be the perfect color for the pistol. I also have a barrel extention that is press fiitted into the screw off muzzel brake or what ever that tube on the end of the drozd is. I have a crony and plan to cut the barrel off till I find the best length for FPS, soon as the heat and extreme humidity lets up here in N.C. I will start testing it and post the results. : | ||||
