I think You are right about that risk. Even if internet made the world small. Sending thinks to another Continent seems very hard. I tried over 2 month to get the thread adaptor from www.tacticalinc.com. First the company forgot my order. And then it was too much effort for them to get info about the shippng cost even I offered to pay the extra effort and everything. Finally it was cancelled by them because my creditcard had no US Adress and so no Zip code.

That German website is pretty cool, but it would be risky to gamble 250 Euros (I think over $316 at current exchange rate) on something that might not make thru U.S. Customs.

FYI I tried to buy a Russian black stock Drozd from a Russian guy that was selling them on Gunbroker a few months ago. After I wired him the money, he couldn't get export clearance from Russian customs to ship it to the U.S. so he gave me my money back (I am fortunate he is honest.) That tells me people are keeping an eye on Black Drozds and where they are shipped to.

You could get it at www.fungun.de, but it is shity semi only, maybe if You already have one you could change the stock and keep the spare parts. Even it is possible ton put in other switches I heard (huhuhuhu).
