It will probably be friction sensitive. ---Cam I used to take the primer powder out of the empty 22lr shells when I was a kid. I cannot remember how I did it but I didn't seem to have a problem and I never got hurt. There isn't much, maybe a few flakes per empty shell. Be careful if your gonna pull bullets.
