Go for it, Cam! Look up exotic woods and see what you'd like to work on. Just go with a set of grips on hand and some calipers. Chew a toothpick and whittle away. Be sure'n have some tall yarns for those who'd watch yer werk.

His name is Rick Andres. He will actually work with u on aa selected piece of wood and work the part you want to your specs. He never ceases to amaze me. All is done free hand. Here is his site:
