No seriously the 23" makes the Drozd a little too long for my personal taste, I only shoot carbines because I rarely shoot past 30 yards and need my guns to be portable and compact. All of my mods have been done on my Drozd Blackbird except for the bb centering but it looks ok on my magazine and doesn't really need to be centered much at all.. I put two delrin rods inbetween the two spaces that are on each side of the mag, this will keep the magazine from splitting open with 1600+ psi firing pressure! My solenoid is already back but I will adjust the position with my chrony to get the best spot.

I agree, I like mine just fine at 15", too, although I am in need of a new barrel. Mine has a big chip in the breech end from shooting steel before I did the allignment fix. I filled it with solder, and it's holding, for now, but I don't know for how long.

I am curious how much fps you are getting with your setup, did you try using a 15" barrel? What fps did you get with that? Btw.. I am running 22.2 volts now and have the regulator set to 2000 psi, I am ready to pump the tank but everyone tells me to put it at 1600 psi because it is safer.. I am pretty sure the valve can handle 2000 psi, the parts are solid on the valve..

Hello KG.First you need a 23 inch ,barrel, at least 1600psi or more and 20+volts.Also move the selenoid way back. GD.

Great!!

I was going to ask you if you could post your Drozd specs and what mods you did to it..

I'm trying to max out my Drozd Blackbird and I am curious about what you did and how it's shooting your Drozd.
