Yep, been there, done that. You need a bb mag, and one of Sergey's boards.

Yes. I have done it. You either need a Blackbird board, or Sergey's board. I have both available so PM me if you are interested. I also have FA chips for the BB boards. If you use a BB board you need to either modify, or buy the right sliders for the BB switches because they are fatter than the ones on a B board. Last time I checked they were available at EAA. You will need a BB SN when you deal with them to make sure you get the right parts. Here are a couple of videos I made on the subject. BTW. The housing on this B was bought from EAA so I didn't have to drill any holes in the original.

MP661K/ blackbird hybrids

Has anyone modified their older version one bumblebee mp661k drozd to accept the mag from a blackbird? i realize that mag requires battery power to feed mag. I was looking and it seems you could adapt a blackbird mag onto a mp661k receiver, trigger & barrel assembly and vastly increase the mag amount and i am thinking you can go back and forth to a 30 rd mag w/bulk air from the blackbird mag that also has bulk air mod as well,,,oh, most importantly are these pieces available anywhere. I ask because i have read the presobama said no more bbguns,, he will end the senseless fun immediately, so despite this, are there parts n usa for drozd,,thru the parent company eep, or whatever it is,,,,,hey, thank you for any feedback n hope your drozds are firing straight n true
