It was created to better organize past, current, and future ideas. Just try to look something up using the search on this forum. It's easier to Google it. There are no administrators on this forum, and as a consequence we tend to get way off topic burying what this forum was supposed to be about. I'm not saying that's not fun, but it goes against what this forum was originally created for. Also with no administration this place is kind of falling apart. Nobody knows how much longer it will be live. I'm not sure what your apprehension of the new forum is. It's the same people. It just looks different, and is a lot easier to use with some great features this one doesn't have.
