I've burned out more than my fair share of mag motor transistors. I have an N channel MOSFET in there, now, and a fuse to keep that from burning if I should short it out again......

Need help. have a stock blackbird board with the 1200 round chip from Ray. The magazine feed motor stopped working and I can not figure out if it is the board or the motor. With no load I have about 9.4 volts going to the motor, when I switch the meter to DC load I get about 1.3 volts. When I hook the motor up directly to a 9 volt battery it works fine but when I plug it into the board and power it up I get about .1 volts then I disconnect the motor and with no load and the motor off the circuit I get 9.4 volts. As I said the motor works fine hooked up directly to a battery but not when hooked up to the board and the board sends 9.4 volts to the motor but only when the motor is not in the circuit. Oh, one more thing, the whole problem seemed to have started when I dropped the magazine on the concrete floor in my garage, maybe I shorted something in the motor but then why would it run hooked up directly to a battery? Thanks in advance for any help on this matter.
