Hi Brandon,
Welcome! You'll find a lot of information on this forum. Look around for a while... you'll probably be amazed. As for the PPS, yes, it is a neat little gun. The mag only holds 13 or so, and the power isn't too much. I have a few and they get lots of grins when people shoot them! TBK

New to this site, but wanted to comment on the 'blow-back' action you R referring to. Have you seen the vid on the (bb gun)Walther PPK mod? The gun has the blow-back action using CO2, as do other pistol models by daisy, crosmann etc.. Link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rr6B6c82z0Y&feature=fvw Borrowing from this complete design (with the mod.) without using EXACTLY whats in the patent of coarse, would be an awesome design to use. Re-design it, better parts, maybe IMPROVE and/or improvise. this neat gun even has a nice little slim magazine that appears to be working fine with the mod. in the hand-gun, Why not re-design using this concept??? By the way I am working on several designs but not far enough into any ONE for pics yet. Who can afford the machine shop needed(?).....

Not too shabby! Your BB guns look conventional unlike all the other Venturi BB guns out there. I would use the Venturi principle but looking for velocity as well. So far I am getting 800+fps using the paint ball internals that I have; the velocity is adjustable along with the rate of fire. Here in about a week or so I will have some pictures up of what I have built...

Mate heres a bloody easy way to make a full auto bb gun
using the Vortex block feeder http://www.burntlatke.com/bb.html or for an even easier auto design join up with www.spudtech.com ,its free. Then click on forum and check out the" Newbie corner"section and you will see"How to build a cloud bb gun" its so damn basic but (VERY!!!) powerfull and high RPM too. I would make the bb chamber small,I used 3/4"pvc pipe on my cloud fed pistol http://photobucket.com/albums/d54/torana76/spudzilla/Destructo/ this fires 50 bbs per second at 110 psi. My Vortex rifle http://photobucket.com/albums/d54/torana76/ fires about 30 bb per second at 110 psi. Downside is they use gas or air pretty quickly! Good luck man!

makes sence, i may have to set it up like the first page i linked to and have the trigger acuate a valve to turn the gass on or off, that should be easy enough, thanks for the help!

That's the thing though, getting a blow back action out of what you have will be nearly impossible to do unless you come up with a device like what he Drozd uses: an electronic activation (solenoid).
Co2 blow back action uses the exact same process to drive back the bolt as a areal firearm; instead of using gas from a burning powder the Co2 acts as this pressure source. So, designing a system that works the same as a real gun will require using a set up that in turn is the same. I'm afraid you will not be able to create the blow back that you are looking for, but you can still build a full auto BB gun as long as there is another means of activating the Co2 valve that you will be using, i.e. electronic solenoid like the Drozd.

thanks for the info, i want to do this with what i have available to me and cheaply, i was thinking of a bloback thing like on the first site but somewhat more complex instead of just shutting off the air to stop shooting, after some more research on the daisy it doesnt look full atuo capable, uses a drop block loading mechanism, semi auto at best. i was thinking of mostly making it from scratch and of my own design and i am still working on a design but need some tips, like how to make it blowback like the pic on the first site but with a trigger setup like on the howstuffworks site and not lose air constantly, or something like that. i understand the basics but

I'm not real fimiliar w/the Daisy powerline mod92 (pistol right?) but I am w/the Crosman. In order to ge blow back action you will first have to use a system that works off such.
I am using the internals from a Brass Eagle Stingray paint gun, whiuch are ideal for a blow back set up. The internals slide right out of the gun in thier entirety making them really easy to apply to a custom frame for a BB application. If you are going to use a Co2 valve make sure the rear of the valve releases gas as well as the front; this permits the blow back action of the bolt. I posted some images in this forum of what the internals look like for the Brass eagle; they can be purchased for around $45 new complete, or I have a complete set that I can sell you if you are interested (I have 5 total now, did have 7 of them).

yea im workin on a design right now but pointers would rock! im workin on a design based on this website http://www.swanstrom.net/petes/shoot/autobb.htm but i want a mechanism more like a real gun, not cut off air to stop shooting, i was trying to come up with a combo of that and a blowback mechanism from an assualt rifle (http://science.howstuffworks.com/machine-gun7.htm) but i still havent figured it all out yet, i have at my disposal the school shop and materials plus a few guns for parts (crosman 760 rifle and daisy powerline model 92) any tips or pointers? thanks yall! or info on if the daisy can be converted to full auto would rock also this is also posted in the other guns forum area
