A link to the final product. Pictures pretty much speak for itself. Plenty of room for the BB to pass and acts as a barrel extension. I have to make a video and chrono for fps increase check.

My cost on the initial piece for maching and construction is quite high ($140) but if I mass produce I can get them for about $50. I filed a provisional patent on this already as I did the drozd adapter because I put so much work and time in it. The inner sleeve should be just a bit over 4.5 mm (177) so bbs wont get stuch but very tight working as a barrel extension. The unit should lock on nice and tight and hopefully like the Rotex system. I will post pics and video when I get the final product.. I bought a domain name called "drozdmods.com" and will create a site if I dont get someone to market the items. Right now Ray and Drozdmax has the adapters from me to sell.

that is freakin cool looking ! let me know how much, when everything is said and done.
maybe your machinist will give you a break on the price if you point out that these things are being requested by the dozen , and your gun is the prototype. just keep in mind, I tried a small peice of brake line origionally in my design. the brake line was about 5mm id. the bbs sprayed nice through it with no damage. the problem was acuracy. they left a patern of about a 2 foot group at 15 feet. and that was with the crowning of the muzzle. as the co2 expands, it tries to get past the bb any way it can, and if the tube is larger than the bb, the gas will slam the bb up against one side or the other. thats what causes the bb to just spray everywhere with almost no acuracy at all. | ||||

Just completed the design for the mock suppressor.
My machinist is making one about 8 inches long and should lock on nice. Not sure of the cost.. probably as much as the gun but to me.. worth it. The bore will be just a bit more than 4.5 mm so it should act as a barrel extension... or as close as possible.
