I use a camera tripod for my McGlashan. Works great! With the adj. legs I can fire it from a sitting or standing position. I can go from shooting the ground right in front of me to almost straight up in the air, with a full 360 degree swing. Makes for lots of fun when shooting starlings out of the air!

Hello Chris, I just joined up on this great site and was wondering if you could tell me if you have any MacGs or the workings from another full auto type BB MG for sale. If not, would you let me know if you have any plans/blueprints for sale or that I can copy via email or??? I build WW2 half tracks and scout cars and would love to arm my own scout car with one of these bb guns. I would be installing/building one on a real 30 cal.parts set platform..Thanks Bob 541 955-6166

Sorry no plans ,and as for a tripod Mac Glashan didnt make a tripod they were typicly shot indoors in an arcade type set up or if out door on a tall post to simulate AA fire ,You were basicly standing under the gun pointing it into the sky.I found a old shop pedestal fan on a cast iron base made a great platform and I convrted the top to accept the stock pintle (very stable)
