Hi KimberleyZagoren Welcome to the BbSupport Forums
Have you tried banning him by email? That will ban all that members BbNames using that email address from your board
If you feel he has violated BbBoards TOS, Email firstname.lastname@example.org with proof and they will take care of it for you a link to the exact post is the best proof..

I've been having problems with a member and would like some advice. I've banned the member by member name and IP and have disabled guests from viewing and posting to my board. I've also changed it so that new members will be screened. However, I know that this person could simply sign up for a new account under a different name and then reapply to my board.
I don't want to have to deny every new member that comes my way out of fear that it may be this person yet again. Is there a way to have someone permanently banned from the entire system?
Any info would be helpful. Thanks.
