See, I knew you guys would know the answer!

Thanks a bunch!

You're right on the nose greenfigi. I would advise them to get either of those programs greenfigi mentioned above and running it at least once a week. That way they can clear out anything new that they picked up without realizing it off other sites.
greenfigiRe: Underline and links in text
One of my members had a similiar problem, certain words within the news fader were showing up as links for them.

It's a form of spyware which reads the words of the webpage you're visiting and inserts links for any keywords that it recognizes

Spybot - Search & Destroy and Ad-aware are both free. Those should help clean up the spyware.

Hope that helps

dianimalUnderline and links in text
A few of my members are getting (seeing?) underlinings and links in there posts. But... most of us are not seeing the same thing. Here's a cut and paste from my message board help forum.

Board admin - why are some of our words underlined in posts today, as if there's a link, i.e. the word <A TITLE="Click for more information about <A TITLE="Click for more information about job" STYLE="text-decoration: none; border-bottom: medium solid green;" HREF="|1||||job|AA1VDw">job</A>" STYLE="text-decoration: none; border-bottom: medium solid green;" HREF="|1||||job|AA1VDw">job</A> in my title?)

Look at that!!! Do we have some kind of virus..?

It seems that since it is very user specific that it's probably an ISP or Browser setting. At least that's what I would guess.

Have you all seen this before? Any ideas?
