NickdiskRe: Question about converting to the hosted bbv2
Hi GACAdmin

I've just asked BbBoy, and i'm afraid it isn't possible to put the credit currently on your v1 board towards a bbv2 hosting plan, as the billing for bbV2 hosting is done by 100megs webhosting. However, you can put your v1 credit towards either a purchase or rent of a v2 license, but you'd need to purchase separate webhosting, though. If you'd like to do that instead, we highly recommend
NickdiskRe: Question about converting to the hosted bbv2
If you have any questions or problems with bbBoard V2, it would be best to ask on the bbBoard V2 Support Forums, where BbBoy and the bbV2 Techs will be able to assist you quickly

You can also view our V2 demo board here
GACAdminRe: Question about converting to the hosted bbv2
Boy! That was fast!

Ok, well I'm going to try to set this up then. I'll hollar for help if I need it!! Believe me!

I appreciate you checking on those credits for me. I just set this board up, haven't transferred all my members from my current board yet...all these high volume errors are concerning me. I know these people, they lose patience really quick so bbv2 maybe the better route to take!

Thanks again for your help!
NickdiskRe: Question about converting to the hosted bbv2
Hi GACAdmin

To upgrade to bbBoard V2, if your planning to use bbV2's hosting services, you first need to purchase a hosting plan at  Once everythings set up, you can download a file which contains all the contents of your V1 board in the Covert To V2 screen in your V1 boards admin center, and upload the file to your V2 board, which will transfer all your V1 boards threads, posts, members, emoticons, etc to your V2 board

I not sure if its currently possible to transfer your V1 boards credit over to V2 as well, i'll ask BbBoy for you
GACAdminQuestion about converting to the hosted bbv2

Quote: We now offer hosting from as little as $10 per month, and the minimal plan comes with 40 MB of disk space, 16 GB of bandwidth/month, 1 catch-all email account, 1 subdomain, 1 FTP account and a bbv2 license which is automatically installed for you.

How would I convert to this plan? Can I do it through the "convert to v2" option in the admin options???

Would the credits I have applied to my current board be applied to the new one?
