Question
Is it possible for members to delete their own posts? How do I make this possible?

Re: Question
One of my members went to delete one of their posts and this is what they got instead...

It's the one with a blank subject posted by Annie.

Re: Question
Ahhh, that's because it's a whole thread. Users can delete their own posts, but not the first post in a thread, as it would delete the whole thread, possibly with replies from other people. A mod has to delete whole threads, if needs be.

You think it would be a good option to allow a user to delete threads they started? Could add it in as an option...

Re: Question
Hmmm...no probably wouldn't want that as an option. The thing was, she started the post then decided she didn't want to post it after all. There were no replies...

Re: Question
Ah yup, well it's still a whole thread, if it's got replies or not. Mods should be able to delete it fine either way though
