If you think you've found a bug, we definitely want to know about it, so that we can fix it. We want to keep our system as error-free as possible, as we move forward with new features and ways to make Best Boards better still.
Some bugs are fixable immediately (particularly if they affect your board, rather than the whole network), but most of them will be documented and fixed for the following new release (upgrade).
When reporting a bug, it willl help us investigate it more quickly if you can give us the following information:- A working link to your board (please use the custom field Board URL for this purpose. This information is essential
- Your browser type and version (please use the custom field Browser Type
- A description of the bug, with as much detail as possible, including (if relevant) what you were doing prior to the problem occurring
- An example of the bug is very helpful, but again, please give us a link to the thread or forum where the problem has occurred
