I want to let you know that what we need is a ping-have those users ping our servers. That with a screenshot. In other words, press Print Screen and then go to Microsoft Paint and paste in there and save as a gif to upload as a attachment here to give us what we've patiently been waiting for.
Is it that you don't know what or how to perform a 'ping' test or misunderstanding of what we want to see that for? It would show the way your 3 users individually make their way through the intenet to find BbBoard. If there are what are known as Time Outs meaning it is trying to find the next hop on the way here, but can't...It will shed light on what is going on as they try to access BbBoard. If you don't get them to supply us a screen shot of those kind of results, there is nothing we can do.
It is not us holding you up, this has gone on for days and looking back I can see your growing frustration, but unless you start focusing on getting us the info we've asked for. there is nothing we can do for you. Please try to respect that we will do our part to help people, but if you are impolite and implying we aren't doing our best, I think it's safe to say you won't be doing yourself any good and getting worked up instead of helping to work it out.
Truth speaks for itself and today you posted about this again as if starting a new topic was helpful when it is anything but-this is the thread for
your 3 user's troubles. Posting like that will get all of us nowhere. So please, if it is that you need more info on how to get what we need as in a Ping in MSDOS and a tracert (trace route) to show what is happening on their way here to Bbservers, just ask now, because we'll understand that and try our best to help you help them.

Now come back with screenshots of complete traceroutes / pings to bb.bbboy.net and we will THEN be able to interpret those findings and shed light on what is happening. If this was a large issue we would have a lot more then three users here and two over there, having similiar trouble. If you need more help them please ask...

That is useful information, but not what we are looking for-we want them to test their pathway here and run a trace route to see if and where it is timing out. We want to help you sanikte, but please don't get upset when it seems to me that you haven't really read our posts here and above. Take the time to get this resolved and forget about it.
It will be resolved if you can produce something for us to look at and see about their connection to our servers. We could have already put this to bed if you had asked them to do a ping and tracert. I posted asking for this information yesterday sanike, so help us move forward in helping your members. Looking just now I see that one of your members who posted here did get on your board this morning. :
