I'm not sure that the Neotrace result helps us much, as the nodes vary from day to day, the times vary from minute to minute and all it tells us is that this user was able to access the server (and his board) on that occasion. Timeouts or "No Responses" are common and don't really mean anything either. We know he can access his board - what we don't know is why under some circumstances he can't do so. I don't expect the other traceroutes to be substantially different from this one.
Have you acted on the two suggestions made earlier, i.e. that the users:
(a) check with their ISP's that the network hasn't been and isn't being blocked
(b) access the board directly and NOT via your website ?
There could be a conflict for some users between the website login procedure and the board login procedure and/or their respective cookies (does your website set a cookie?) and I don't think that we have really examined this aspect of the problem. The per capita percentage of your members with problems is way above the average and so perhaps it would be a good idea if they were to try the following:
- Delete both your website and your board cookies
- Access the board directly without going to your website first
- Log in at the board using the normal (not the cookieless) login
Have your members try this and let us know what happens.
