how do I remove the large border that prevents you from seeing the background? if your not sure what I mean let me know and I'll try and explain it

Hmm, I'm not exactly sure which board you mean, but if you mean the one around the outsides of all tables, you can use something like this:

Code:

table {border:0px;}

If you're using all CSS, then there should be somethign similar to that in there, but with a width specified for the border... :smile:

that was the border I was referring to :smile:

that took away the line but the table(or whatever) still messing up the background

look at this forum and scroll down to where it says "powered by BbBoard v1.3" and you'll see what I mean

Ah, you have a table around your whole board in your template? You can get rid of the border on it by adding a class=nobord in the <table> tag for it, like:
