Basically, we are not in support of warez, or any illegal material, whatsoever. Talking should be ok, it's not illegal to talk. Talking like "I downloaded something free. It's good." "Oh, cool." are ok. Things like "Here's a step-by-step guide to getting the most out of your warez-hunting" wouldn't be good.
Actually linking to a site with illegal content is risque. Quote from the TOS:
[...] to violate or solicit the violation of any law (be it local, state, county, national or international law), [...] transmit any data that is illegal, [...] You, as the administrator of your message board, must be responsible for attempting to your utmost limits to ensure that none of the above content exists on your message board, and that no part of your message board violates this, [...]
Actually linking to a warez site, saying to the effect of "go here to be illegal", I'd aviod....
We don't want the image of being welcoming to illegal materials, as hosting anything illegal could get us
into trouble with the authorities. And I don't have time for that.
The more warez-minded people we get using our service, the harder it will be to shake that image off. Aviod warez.
