I just used the lost password link and from that email you listed see you have two names. If you're not getting email from us contact your email provider as some think our emails to members is spam and they block them. You already can change your password and it has always been that way. Perhaps you never looked in the 'User CP' in the 'Edit Settings' screen-last option there is for inputting a new password.
If you still did not get the email with your password reply again and I will use my personal email firstname.lastname@example.org to get the information to you.
You can email us at email@example.com and if it is from the email address you have the name registered from then we can send the information to you. But if you don't have the username and email there isn't any way we can verify you're the rightful name holder and you'd have to just register another name.
