I really appreciate everyone's understanding, some things happen that are beyond our control. Hardware failure is a reality and trying to recover lost data is no fun. We really exhausted all efforts to try to get back all that was lost but unfotunately not everything was recoverable. I have updated the Current Issues thread and am locking this with my deepest apologies for the trouble and inconvience this put you all through. Those who had paid boards revert or anything else that did not have to do with forums being lost, threads being lost and easy customization settings being wiped out. It is safe now to work to restore your community back to what it was and then make sure you shoot a offline webpage of the Easy Customization screen-so you can recover that-I lost Yugi's Lair's settings and was working with BbBoy all day trying different things and I hate to be the bearer of grim news about something like hardware failure.
If you had a server side backup from the 29th or possibily the 30th of march you can certainly try using that to restore your community with only the loss of a few days of posts. I will work to help those with paid boards reverting-I think we need to work together on this annoying glitch fellow admins. I am going to lay out a list of board settings that I want you to answer for me in the Bug reports forum so that we can try to see why this continues happening. There has to be some common factor that we can pin down to help know where to turn our attention to fixing.
