You really need to unlock those caps surveyqueen2. I can understand you might be frustrated, but it isn't nice to make your first post here using caps which is the online equivelent of YELLING. I will go by that board and see if I get that-although I most likely won't-it might be that you need to update your browser. What version of IE are you using?

I test posted and had no trouble at all. I suggest you delete all your temporary internet files and if you are using an outdated version of IE, you should try upgrading it. If you don't know what version you have go to the Help menu, and pull down on the menu to About IE. That will show you what version you have. If it is less then IE 5 you might want to update it. :smile:

I wish I could help more, but unfortuantely if it isn't something that we have seen before (like how aol users had trouble logging in from some update aol did a couple months ago) so maybe if you can tell us what operating system you use and how you connect to the net it might help find a reason for that happening. Not sure if you already knew but in the View menu in IE you can pull down to text size and choose a larger size, there are a few to choose from there and that might help with seeing the text better. I have mine set to Larger so I understand, when it is on Meduim it is just not big enough. :wink:

Thank you so much.:tongue: I did not know about the view option. I did that and it has made the letters bigger and I can see them better.:thumb:
As for my operation system: I have:
Windows XP (Windows XP 5.1.2600)
Browser
MSIE 6.0; CS 2000 6.0; Wal-Mart Connect 6.0;
if this is not what you wanted let me know thank you again for your help and patience:thankyou: Lisa

Does the New Thread screen fully load before IE crashes? Or does IE crash while the page is loading? :smile:

Does whatadeal use any 3rd party javascripts, like an Amber alert ticker? :smile:

That might be it Diana. I don't know what would cause such an error or maybe a firewall setting? Something is interfering in its ability to transfer from her computer browser to us. :ohwell:
