I have e-mailed you 3 times about this but no response, hence this post.
This board has been fixed for years but some months ago reverted to free. I asked if you could sort it out
but no response. I have a direct debit via 2checkout and they have e-mailed me today that the payment has failed because my cards expiry date has passed. This is easily sorted but clearly I dont want to pay for more credit until I you can assure me that I am not going to be paying you for nothing.
Please will you have a look at this and not ignore my request as you have over the past few months. Your support has been very good in the past but this time I feel very let down and the client, for whom I run the board, is screaming at me to get the ads removed!
Two years ago you had a problem with automatic credit on this board and had to intervene manually as evidenced by the following:
