( 01:13:13 SatApr 16 2011 ) Interact Reply Quote Report To Mod Last Posts Ignore User Global Ignore Whisper Board Plan: Variable I made a payment on my board, Chatterpugs, a few weeks ago. The payment was made via Paypal to "Chris Brooks". The payment was taken out of my checking account on April 1st by the "BBNetwork" in San Jose, CA. I still have the ads on my board. I have emailed, PM'd, posted on this support forum....but am seriously beginning to wonder what's going on? Where is everyone? And where did my money go? BBBoy has had more than ample time to remove the ads from my board. I would VERY much appreciate a response! Can I get a refund or better yet have the ads removed???? This is very very frustrating. I'll give it a couple more days and then I'm going to raise holy heck. This is ridiculous. All I want is what I paid for. I use to brag about your customer service around here. I've had this board since 2002. Apparently, your "customers" are not such a big concern anymore. The money is....but your customers are not.

( 17:34:44 TueApr 19 2011 ) Interact Reply Quote Report To Mod Last Posts Ignore User Global Ignore Whisper Hi Nannerjoe, for some reason I didn't see your post until today, our customers are very much our concern, and I am very sorry that you've had ads, I have gotten with BbBoy and he located the payment, it's been applied and the plan set to Variable, if you wanted the Fixed plan let me know and I will go in and update it to reflect that, there was no note in the notes box to tell us what plan to go with. I am very sorry this happened, definitely leave a note in the note area next time and the payment will be applied promptly. Thanks for giving me a chance to make it right for you Nannerjoe!
